Flinders at Tonsley is an Engineering, Medical devices and Nanoscale hub, for design and creation of new products and processes for the 21st century.

Tonsley Transfers

Transfers each day will be arranged at set times.  A CBD departure point and times will be advised nearer the date.

There will be one transfer to and from each day.

Cancellations must be advised in writing to the Conference Secretariat by 8th September 2017. There is a $150 cancellation fee. Refunds will only be issued in exceptional circumstances after this date.

Payment of Fees

Payment can be made by credit card (via secure online registration only).  Please contact the Secretariat for electronic banking transfer details.

All registrations will be acknowledged in writing. If you do not receive a written acknowledgement upon the completion of your online registration, please contact the Secretariat to ensure that your details have been received.

We suggest you make a copy of this form for your own records. Registrations will only be acknowledged once payment has been received.

Federal Goods and Service Tax (GST)

Australia has a Federal Goods and Services Tax (GST) of 10%. Overseas delegates are not exempt from paying this tax. All fees and costs quoted in the brochure are GST inclusive. The Meeting People Pty Ltd is registered for GST - the ABN is 14 568 939 746. Upon payment online you will receive a tax invoice. 


In case of industrial disruption or other external events causing disruption to the meeting, the Local Organising Committee for APWA 2017 and The Meeting People accepts no responsibility for loss of monies incurred by delegates.


Personal information, as defined under the national privacy legislation, The Privacy Amendment (Private Sector) Act 2001, will be treated in accordance with the National Privacy Principles and only shared with related or third parties in accordance with those principles.


The Conference Programme and registration information is correct at the time of printing. However, the organisers reserve the right to change the information where necessary without notice.

Social Events

Dinner: 7.00 for 7.30 – 11.00 pm
Venue: Adelaide Oval Stadium Club
Cost: Included with full registration.  Not included with the Undergraduate Registration Fee.
Extra tickets:  $140 prior to 31 August, $160 from 1st September

The conference dinner will be held at the iconic Adelaide Oval, one of South Australia’s most impressive venues – boasting picturesque views of the hallowed turf, the city, St Peter’s Cathedral and more.  We will enjoy an evening in the Audi Stadium Club, dinner and entertainment.
